Aundrea O'.1 StarI personally would not work here. How they maintain high number of stars for rating is by telling people in training to rate the company. They charge thousands per month per IT company. For the appointment setters, the only way commission is given is IF an appointment is set. Meaning if someone sets 8 appointments and if only 1 of them holds, you will only get commission off of the 1 that held. There's so many issues when it came to working at this company. This was an extremely stressful work place. The team had put it into place before I left, that if people didn't make over 120 calls per day they would not get commission. Majority of "higher ups" weren't very friendly and very few would just simply say hello to the appointment setters. I see why there is a huge turn over rate when it comes to employment with this company.Thursday 16th May 2024
