Absolutely appalled. I will be updating my review with facts, responses, proof of subpar work, and screenshots of conversations very soon. I have had many ACTUAL PROFESSIONALS show me proof of just how horrible of a job was done after paying Mark thousands of dollars (his name was never shown, so no biases). His responses to our concerns were basically, "you should have done something about it yourself." One more fact...in the beginning, I asked Mark..."I always heard that if you do major updates to your site and such, your ranking goes down for a bit"...he replied with no, that was before. WELL, I now have proof that he didn't make the changes correctly, and our rankings DID drop as a direct result!!! He also promised our email was set up correctly after redoing our site, we asked him multiple times, to which he said it was working fine. Then, after firing him, he responded with...I used an email address suggested by your provider, GoDaddy...UM YES, BUT YOU NEVER CREATED THE EMAIL ADDRESS IT SUGGESTED! You were supposed to be a professional, but everytime we voiced a concern, you acted like we should have known, or known better!!! Shame on you.

MUST READ!! We contracted this company to do our website, and Mark, the owner, was absolutely amazing! He genuinely guided us all the way through the process! he even designed our new company logo. Clearly, he has a tremendous amount of experience as well as proficiency in what he does. Our website came out perfect and was delivered to us well before the promised date.
